HOW TO COOK KALE | KALE WEIGHT LOSS BENEFITS| QUICK & EASY KALE RECIPE

Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh kale, washed
3 tsps, butter
5-6 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 yellow onion, minced
1 cup, water
2 tbsps, garlic powder
1 tbsp, onion powder
1 tbsp, chipotle seasoning - target brand (heat)
2 tsps, no salt sazon
Salt and pepper to taste

Just got like a pound or two kale from a church garden and was like “what in the utter fuck do I do with this?” 😂 looks a bit like how we make our cabbage. You even mentioned cabbage as I was typing this. I don’t know how I feel about Saźon, Adobo, AND Salt 😂 Adobo is a multitool, you could get away with just that and MAYBE a bouillon cube. Especially since you’re using chicken broth, I mean ya blood must be thick as syrup.

Don’t use too much baking soda, it softens the fruit.
I only use baking soda on the hard vegetables and fruit, not the soft fruit. only use vinegar and water for the softer fruits for that purpose.🙌🏽

It’s totally up to you. It’s a personal preference. Some don’t mind the gritty texture and some rather pass.
